Refunds and Cancellations - Flexible & Stress Free

We understand that things don't always go as planned. Should you need to change or cancel your reservations, you may do so up to 5 days prior to your arrival. There is no penalty, and you will be refunded in entirety to the original form of payment. Please note that groups of 9 or more rooms may have alternate terms. See your booking itinerary for additional details. We require that all change and cancellation requests be sent to: reservations@plutotrips.com.
